The new CDM (Construction, Design & Management) Regulations 2015 will take effect from the 6th April 2015 which will affect all Contractors as well as Clients & Designers. 

For the very first time Contractors working for domestic Clients are included in all aspects of the regulations on minor works - no matter how small the job, you must comply. 

There will be something new for everyone including some radical changes that you must be aware of as a Construction Contractor.   

The session is for Construction Contractor Directors and Senior Managers/Proprietors, and Designers & Clients. All of whom are “Key Duty Holders" under the new regulations and are therefore “Responsible”.

  4.  Written plans & procedures required-for all jobs no matter how small-now including domestic work

£150 + VAT for up to 3 managers per company.
