CDM 2015 Implementation Workshop

The new CDM (Construction, Design & Management) Regulations 2015 will take effect from the 6th April 2015 which will affect all Contractors as well as Clients & Designers.
For the very first time Contractors working for domestic Clients are included in all aspects of the regulations on minor works - no matter how small the job, you must comply.
There will be something new for everyone including some radical changes that you must be aware of as a Construction Contractor.
The session is for Construction Contractor Directors and Senior Managers/Proprietors, and Designers & Clients. All of whom are “Key Duty Holders" under the new regulations and are therefore “Responsible”.
We urge you & senior management colleagues to attend to share knowledge and ask questions which will prove beneficial to you and your business.

- CDM Regs 2007 & changes for 2015- overview & why?
- Duty holder duties-Clients, Designers, Principal Contractors & Contractors
- Management of work-organising, inspections, resources required
- Written plans & procedures required-for all jobs no matter how small-now including domestic work
As a valued customer we offer the session as follows:
£75 + VAT for one person per company
£150 + VAT for up to 3 managers per company.
NOTE: If you would like more people to come along do ask us about this, we do want to encourage members of your management team to join us. As Commercial Clients & Designers/Architects/ Specifiers have increased duties, if you would like to pass this message onto others to invite them, please do so as you wish, The same applies to co-contractors you may work with as well?
