CIJC Holiday Pay is calculated based on both recent EU and UK case law.

The CIJC is in the process of negotiating amendments to the Working Rule Agreement with the signatory Trade Unions and we are looking to convene a 'special' meeting prior to the next scheduled regular meeting on 25 March so that new arrangement can be promulgated prior to the Easter holidays.
