Dulux Decorator Centre has become the official preferred paint supplier for LV= General Insurance (LV= GI), in a first-of-its-kind partnership for the insurance provider. As of 1 August, Dulux Trade products will be recommended to LV= GI contractors, providing an expert range of high-quality, sustainable paints for housing repair works.
Dulux and Dulux Decorator Centre owner, AkzoNobel, is already a partner with LV= through its motor repair network, with products from across AkzoNobel’s Sikkens range of vehicle refinish paints and recommended to a network of body shops across Europe.
A key driver for expanding the partnership into the home insurance division is AkzoNobel’s sustainability credentials. LV= was impressed by the company’s commitment to sustainability and the services and advice it offers to customers through their Dulux Decorator Centre accounts.

Each contractor will also benefit from the Dulux Colour Sensor to help with colour matching in customers’ homes.
