Coping during the holiday season

We all like to think that the Holiday Season will be a fun and exciting time for us to enjoy – spending additional time with family and friends and ‘winding down’ for a well-earned break. But for many people this time of year can trigger a lot of stress, anxiety and increased strain on mental health. According to, 36% of people feel pressured into providing a lavish Christmas for the loved ones, and 52% said they will definitely be cutting back on their Christmas spending due to rising energy bills and cost of living concerns.
