The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) is delighted to invite employers, training providers and other industry stakeholders to its London Skills and Training Conference.
The one-day event takes place on February 6 and will follow the Cardiff Skills and Training Conference on January 23, representing another excellent opportunity to hear updates from CITB’s executive and engagement teams.
The conference will share key information and updates, discuss challenges, and outline how the construction industry can work towards narrowing the skills gap, as Danny Clarke, Engagement Director England, CITB, explained:
“We’re excited to share the training and funding available for contractors- including the new Employer Networks initiative – and to discuss how we can work together as an industry to address the skills gap.
“Employers have a big part to play but so do training providers. We’re looking forward to engaging with them and providing a forum for training providers to meet construction companies and industry trade federations.”
The Skills and Training Conference London will be held at ibis London Earls Court, London on Thursday 6 February 2025.
