- Danny Quartermaine, Midlands Male Boxer of the Year finalist, solidifies his reputation as one of the most exciting talents in British boxing.
- On The Tools, the UK’s largest construction community, announces its sponsorship of Danny, supporting his journey from the building site to the boxing ring.
Despite narrowly missing out on the Midlands Male Boxer of the Year title at the Midland Boxing Gongs this year, Danny Quartermaine’s rise in the boxing world continues at full force. The IBF & WBO European Super Featherweight Champion, who started his career as a tradesperson, has now secured sponsorship from On The Tools, the UK’s largest construction community.

Building site to boxing ring
Danny Quartermaine’s journey is a testament to dedication and perseverance. Ranked in the top 15 in the world for both the IBF and WBO, and 5th in Britain, Danny has remained undefeated in 13 professional fights, with three of his bouts headlining major DAZN boxing events. His early years saw him amass 89 amateur fights, securing multiple regional and national titles.
As a former tradesperson, Danny’s story resonates with the construction community, proving that hard work and discipline can lead to success: whether on-site or in the ring. Danny said:
“It’s great to be backed by OTT, and I believe that with their support and the incredible construction community behind me, it can take my profile to a new level. It’s great to have such a well-established company that believes in me and what I do. I’m looking forward to having them on board as part of the team and where the next year will take us!”
Lee Wilcox, CEO and Co-Founder of On The Tools said:
“At On The Tools, we’re all about supporting tradespeople, whether they’re on-site, in business, or, in Danny’s case, excelling in sport. We know from our conversations with the construction community how important fitness, discipline, and competition are for mental health. Danny’s journey is one of resilience, and we’re proud to back him as he continues his rise in the boxing world.”
