The painting teams at Ian Williams, one of the UK’s largest privately-owned property services companies, enjoy a variety of work across the housing and commercial sectors. Some of the most exciting – and challenging – projects come courtesy of the company’s long-standing relationship with the charity Trinity House.

“We recently finished the external decoration of the 1841 built Coquet Lighthouse which lies just off the Northumberland coast. As this video shows, our teams get the opportunity to work at some beautiful coastal locations, but it does take a special type of person to enjoy the work, which can even involve living off-shore for periods of time. It’s all worthwhile though when we get feedback like this.”
