The Department of Transport have just announced that they are extending the EV charging grant for SME and large businesses for another year, which is great news for The Painting and Decorating Association!
There are two main grant funding schemes you could be eligible for:
SME Infrastructure Scheme – 75% towards the cost of supply and installation, capped at £350 per installed socket and £500 EV enabled infrastructure (minumum of 5 EV enabled bays)
This scheme is suitable for UK SME businesses who employ less that 250 staff.
So if you installed 5 charging sockets, you could receive a £4,250 discount.

Workplace Charging Scheme – 75% towards the cost of supply and installation, capped at £350 per socket
This scheme applies to all businesses with staff and fleets and this includes small accomodation businesses (who employ less than 250 staff) and charity organisations.

How to make a claim
