There has been a revision to the CIJC Pay Promulgation which will come in to effect on the 1st April 2026.
This is an employer’s promulgation only and reflects the changes to the National Living Wage and the National Minimum Wage which comes into effect on that date.
In terms of the rates, the only changes are to the General Operative rate and the Year 1 Apprentice rate.
The minimum wage figures are amended in the narrative.
