Ian showed his professional attitude in his work from day one. His skills and knowledge go beyond expectations. His sanding skills are spot on . We went with a eggshell finish on all woodwork and ian sanded in-between coats using 120grade sandpaper . We are so happy with the result of the finish that we are planning to have Ian back to do the rest of our house .
