I couldn’t be happier with the work Restore/Jessica Walters did in my home. She tackled some really difficult cracks in my walls and restored everything beautifully. The finish is flawless and you’d never know there had been any issues there before.
I was really impressed by the thoughtful approach Jessica took when it came to materials. Rather than charging full price for brand-new products that would likely result in unnecessary waste, she used her “Paint Green” saving scheme, using high-quality leftover materials from previous jobs that were still perfectly fresh and usable. This not only reduced my overall costs quite significantly, but also meant I was contributing to a more sustainable way of living. It felt great knowing that I was saving money while also helping to minimise waste and reduce my families environmental impact. I think it’s an incredibly smart and responsible idea, and a real reflection of her professionalism and forward-thinking approach.
Jessica was also incredibly tidy and respectful of my space, which made the whole process so much easier and stress-free. What I especially appreciated, as a woman myself, was having another woman in my home. It made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the work. Professional, skilled, and genuinely thoughtful in her approach, Jessica did a brilliant job from start to finish. During our consultation, she came to my home to look at the work, and gave me different options on the spot, talking me through each process she could provide; she broke down what she would do and how long it would take, and was incredibly up front with everything. I also cannot begin to tell you how clean this woman is, she left the rooms in ‘immaculate’ condition when she left, it didn’t look like there had even been work done (especially considering how much she had actually done!) I have never had this from a contractor before.
I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for high quality decorating work!
