On The Tools is proud to welcome beloved paint manufacturer, Armstead Trade, as a sponsor of the ‘Painter & Decorator’ category at the 2023 On The Tools Awards (with headline sponsor, Jewson): an annual event celebrating outstanding tradespeople.
This much-anticipated event is dedicated to recognising the exceptional contributions of tradespeople who demonstrate unwavering dedication, skill, and innovation in the construction industry. The awards will be hosted by comedian Keith Farnan.
Armstead Trade will be sponsoring the ‘Painter & Decorator’ category in this year’s On The Tools Awards: a category which celebrates the very best decorators in their craft. The ‘painter/decorator of the year’ should see a blank wall as an opportunity to do some smashing work. They will provide quality, seamless results, and evidence of truly transforming a space. The winning candidate will only settle for the best, taking pride in every stroke of their brush.
Rebecca Orton, Marketing Manager at AkzoNobel, said:
“With rising inflation and the cost of living crisis, 2023 has so far been a year of economic uncertainty, but it’s not all doom and gloom. In fact, the trade has been powering on through it all, completing projects to extremely high standards and supporting one another throughout difficult times. As such, it’s important that we recognise those within the industry who continue to do a sterling job, no matter what.
That’s why we are delighted to be sponsoring the Painter and Decorator category in the On The Tools Awards 2023. The awards provide a fantastic opportunity to celebrate industry successes and for the trade to receive the recognition they deserve.”
The On The Tools Awards have become a beacon of excellence within the trades community, celebrating those individuals who go above and beyond to shape the future of the industry. The awards will cover various categories, highlighting different trade specialties, and ensuring that all tradespeople have the opportunity to be acknowledged for their outstanding achievements.
“We are excited to announce that nominations for the On The Tools Awards 2023 are now open. This event recognises the incredible efforts of tradespeople who are the backbone of the construction industry,”
