CSCS Online payments improved with Fiserv addition

24 September 2024

From Monday 23rd September 2024, payments via the official CSCS application service – CSCSOnline.uk.com – changed.

Payments for all applications for CSCS cards whether from individuals, employerstraining providers or third parties will see a new checkout screen, shown below, using their payment provider Fiserv.

CSCS has introduced the new payment solution onto both CSCSOnline.uk.com and the my CSCS app, with Fiserv offering more payment options such as Google Pay and Apple Pay, as well as improved security.

As a result, when clicking to make a payment users will now be directed to the Fiserv website, which will display the new payment screen shown below.

Once payment is completed, they will be returned to the CSCS Online website to submit their application.

This change only impacts CSCS card applications and does not affect applications for other CSCS Alliance card schemes. The changes do not affect anyone that pays for CSCS cards using a pre-paid account, who can continue to add funds to their account and pay as they currently do.

CSCS Online – available via the only official CSCS website, CSCS.uk.com – remains the quickest, safest and cheapest way to purchase CSCS cards, whether for an individual or in bulk as an employer or training provider.

While many third-party organisations offer CSCS cards and other services, they are not affiliated, associated, or approved by CSCS and often charge high admin fees and other costs.

All CSCS cards cost £36, except the Apprentice card which is issued free of charge, while the separate CITB Health, safety and environment (HS&E) test is available via CITB for £22.50.
